First of all, the stainless steel panel is used in the laser cutting machine to cut the stainless steel plate needed for the font, and then the side band material is made in the slotted bending mechanism.
Then a laser welding machine is used to weld the slotted sideband material together with the panel, so that the initial production of a font is completed.
Then the welding area between the panel and the surrounding edge is polished and smooth, and the painting process is carried out. After painting, glass glue is applied to the welding edge inside the font to avoid light leakage.
Then put the LED light strip into the inside of the font, connect the power cord and glue, and then use the acrylic plate to cut out the corresponding acrylic backplane on the laser cutting machine.
Finally, the acrylic backplane is glued to the welded panel, so that a backlit word is completed
