Project overview
This project covered the full forecourt signage of a fuel retail station. The canopy fascia was produced as aluminium composite panels with acrylic letters and internal LED modules, so the sign stays evenly lit at night and keeps a clean face during the day.
The price tower combines a galvanised steel structure with acrylic price plates and an LED price display, which lets the operator change fuel prices without printing new panels.
All outdoor parts were powder coated and tested against water ingress before shipment. Assembly drawings and a numbered packing list were supplied so the local contractor could install each sign without our engineers on site.

Project considerations
The canopy fascia had to be fabricated in segments that could be shipped in standard containers and assembled on site without visible joints. Wind load on the exposed forecourt also required a heavier internal steel frame than the drawing originally showed.
Delivered for the site
The whole package was delivered in one shipment and installed within five days on site. The client reported a clear improvement in forecourt visibility from the main road.
