Project overview
Display props are bought for one campaign but have to survive several.
We build the stands from cast acrylic and powder coated sheet metal, with edge polishing and print mounting done in house. Units are designed to flat pack, using screw and slot joints instead of glue, so a store team can rebuild them without tools.
Protective film and corner padding are applied before packing to keep faces clean in transit.

Project considerations
The props had to be reused across several campaigns, so they needed to survive transport and storage without scratching and still be quick to assemble.
Delivered for the site
The flat pack design cut shipping volume by around half compared with the earlier fixed units and made reuse between campaigns practical.
