Project overview
Wayfinding in a shopping centre has to work for a visitor seeing the building for the first time.
We produced the directory totems with interchangeable tenant strips, so the mall can update shop names without rebuilding the sign. Light boxes were built with slim aluminium profiles and even LED spacing to avoid bright spots on the printed graphic.
Because the mall was trading, each sign was designed to fit a service lift and assembled on site from numbered parts.

Project considerations
The mall had to stay open during installation, so all large signs were produced in modules that could be carried through service lifts and assembled at night.
Delivered for the site
Around 120 signs were delivered in three batches matching the fit-out schedule, with no interruption to trading hours.
